Jason E. Wadman, Esq.

Attorney Wadman is a graduate of Worcester State University and Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Attorney Wadman has experience trying cases in Massachusetts state and federal court and has mediation and arbitration experience throughout the Commonwealth.

Attorney Wadman is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He has also accepted pro bono cases through the Volunteer Lawyers Service of the Massachusetts Justice Project and the Pro Bono program of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to founding Wadman Law, LLC, a large portion of Attorney Wadman’s practice focused on representing insurance companies in all aspects of the claims process. He assisted insurance companies with claims investigation, coverage analysis, and litigation matters nationwide. This experience puts him in a unique position when representing clients who have been injured and who wish to file personal injury claims. Attorney Wadman is able to navigate the complex claims process, ensure that his client’s claims are handled expeditiously, and maximize his client’s recovery so they can focus on getting their lives back on track.

Attorney Wadman’s current practice focuses on Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Immigration Law. His passion for his clients is only rivaled by his work ethic.
